Gardening Notes. Dec. 28th, 2016

I planted some peas (British Wonder) and radishes (French Breakfast) in the greenhouse. It was a cloudy day, but not super cold and working in the greenhouse warmed me up quickly. I had been meaning to do some planting for the last week and a half, so I figured it was time I get to it!

Not much to see at this point, unless you like looking at dirt in containers like I do. I like to imagine what will come forth from these pots of dirt.

I used up my 12 gallons of saved rainwater preparing and planting. They are calling for more storms starting late Friday and lasting through the week, so I expect to refill the buckets. It is somewhat unusual for us to have rain in the forecast for seven days straight, even in December. We shall see.
